I grew up in Bavaria and completed my secondary education at a Gymnasium with a focus on art in Salzburg, Austria. I hold a Bachelor of Education in art, history, and political education, and I was active in a student theater group during my studies. After teaching in Austrian middle and high schools, I moved to New York in 2024 and taught kindergarten at a bilingual German-English dual immersion IB World School. In 2025, I joined Global School Brooklyn as a native German-speaking educator and enjoy being part of a school community that values language, culture, and connection.

I aim to create a classroom where students feel comfortable expressing themselves, exploring ideas, and learning from one another. I appreciate working closely with colleagues and families to support students and contribute to the warm, international community at GSB.
