We are proud of our diverse and experienced faculty, with all teachers being native speakers of either German, Spanish, or English. This rich linguistic environment provides students with unparalleled opportunities for language immersion and cultural exchange. Beyond their language expertise, our teachers bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to their work, creating a dynamic and engaging learning experience for our students.

Ideal candidates have:

  • The belief that all children can learn, but may learn differently from one another

  • The ability to create dynamic, hands-on lesson plans

  • Strong work ethic; ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team

  • Believe in the mission of GSB

  • The willingness to be flexible and accept constructive feedback

  • A Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Education, or similar

  • Training and interest in teaching in a culturally responsive manner, with particular attention to racial and gender equity

  • A desire to be part of a dynamic international community
