Ever since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to become a teacher. My own experience as a kindergarten student is where my spark for teaching was ignited! That same feeling of joy in learning, yet also feeling safe and having fun, is what I strive to provide for all students. I strongly believe that a positive and nurturing environment is key to helping children thrive and develop a lifelong love of learning. 

Growing up in my mom’s family daycare, my passion for teaching grew. After obtaining my bachelors at Hunter College, I continued with the university to earn my Masters in Early Childhood Education. I have several years of experience in a Preschool setting, along with experience in teaching a Kindergarten and First Grade classroom. In each class setting, not only is it beautiful to witness the growth of the students, but also my own growth as an educator. 

I am truly excited to be part of this journey of teaching and growing alongside the students at GSB.
