Ideal teaching candidates:
Believe that all children can learn, but may learn differently from one another
Are able to create dynamic, hands-on lesson plans
Have a strong work ethic; are able to work autonomously and as a member of a team
Believe in the mission of GSB
Are willing to be flexible and accept constructive feedback
Hold a bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Education, or similar
Have training and/or interest in teaching in a culturally responsive manner, with particular attention to racial and gender equity
Have a desire to be part of a dynamic international community
